Okay, so ti's not really "breaking" news. But to the low-information citizen, lipstick on Obama's collar is just the kind of juicy stuff the Today show loves to report.
As long as they have something to mention other than the IRS scandal, the Benghazi scandal, and the suppression of the press scandal, they'll run with it.
This is why I suspect this 'lipstick' incident is a concoction to make Obama look like just another one of the guys. It was played as if to suggest how innocent and misunderstood the President is.
Hell, perhaps in terms of the scandals we have him all wrong and he is just an innocent bystander. Right.
