Sununu Pimp Slaps Liberal Muppet on CNN - 'Put an Obama Bumper sticker on your Forehead"
The Gateway Pundit Reported:
Yesterday, Romney surrogate John Sununu entered into a heated argument with Liberal water carrier Soledad O’Brien over Obamacare. At one point Sununu told O’Brien, ”
“Put an Obama bumper sticker on your forehead when you do this.”
Of course, Soledad O’Brien incorrectly told viewers that Obamacare does not steal $716 billion from Medicare.
Soledad told Governor Sununu,
“Name calling and somehow repeating a number like $716 billion that you can make that stick that that figure was stolen from Medicare, That’s not true! You can’t just repeat it and make it true.”
Acutally, Soledad, it is true.
Even the liberal Washington Post agrees that Obamacare stole $716 billion from Medicare.
Romney’s right: Obamacare cuts Medicare by $716 billion. Here’s how.
The Romney campaign has gone on the offense on Medicare, charging that the Affordable Care Act “cuts $716 billion” from the entitlement program.
That $716 billion figure is one you’ll probably be hearing a lot about during this election cycle. It’s worth understanding where it comes from and what the spending reductions mean for the Medicare program.
First, where it comes from. On July 24, the Congressional Budget Office sent a letter to House Speaker John Boehner, detailing the budget impact of repealing the Affordable Care Act. If Congress overturned the law, “spending for Medicare would increase by an estimated $716 billion over that 2013–2022 period.”
Soledad O’Brien needs to apologize to Governor Sununu and CNN viewers for getting her facts wrong. And, do us a favor and work on that nasty attitude too, Soledad.
