A Homeless man (the dog's owner) had a seizure. While the police were there, his dog acted aggressively and threatened an officer who was forced to shoot it.
"F---ing pig!" and "Why did you do that?" were some of the statements yelled at the officer who squeezed off the round.
A woman, toward the end said she called the media so it will be there when people ... "protest the police".
