Liberals hate this because it's true. They say Romney (and folks like us) have taken the phrase out of context; when the phrase is indicative of the context.
In my opinion, this phrase is the centerpiece of the speech. If his speech was a joke, that phrase is was the punchline. And, it's par for the course when you look at Obama's continued regulatory attacks on American industry.
