The Democrat congressman, Keith Ellison, in this video isn't interested in dialog. He spits out the Democrat talking points, but doesn't want to answer any real questions. I think there are a bunch of liberals out there
cheering this exchange.
It doesn't matter whose idea the sequester was, but everyone should know that the President gets to decide where half of the cuts take place.
He's going to make these sequester cuts hurt as much as possible and direct state and municipal allies to do their part. Obama wants them to manufacture maximum pain (not necessarily caused by the sequester) but he wants it blamed on the sequester.
