"...But when a long train of abuses and usurpations, pursuing invariably the same object evinces a design to reduce them under absolute despotism, it is their right, it is their duty, to throw off such government, and to provide new guards for their future security..." Law Enforcement 'Stingray' Cell Phone Tracker fuels Constitutional Debate

Today's LINK--> Wall Street Journal is reporting that federal law enforcement is using a device called a 'stingray' to track citizens, whether or not their phones are in use.

Additionally, GPS devices are being placed on new cars that also enable the Federal Government to track their owners.

Now, you might ask, "what's the harm in that?'

I say the Fourth Amendment, which prohibits unreasonable searches and seizures applies to our cars, phones and conversations.  We can't allow the government to chip away at our constitutionally guaranteed rights.
The government craves power, and gets its power from us.  We need to put a stop to this.  If the government is allowed to ignore our constitution, and we condone it, don't be surprised when YOU are the one being prosecuted or persecuted.
