This is a presidential break down in front of the press: "Oh dear".
Why is this guy President if he doesn't know the subject matter, and thus, can't speak intelligently without having his words written for him?
This President needs to be told what to say. This President can't go off script, because every time he does, he screws up. Still, it is kind of funny seeing what a President looks like when he looks like a deer caught in headlights at the thought of having to speak extemporaneously.
