Conservablogger Power Quote

"...But when a long train of abuses and usurpations, pursuing invariably the same object evinces a design to reduce them under absolute despotism, it is their right, it is their duty, to throw off such government, and to provide new guards for their future security..." SIGN THE "I-STAND-WITH-TED-NUGENT PETITION"

PETITION PLEDGING SUPPORT FOR SUPER-PATRIOT TED NUGENT IN THE FACE OF RESISTANCE TO HIS SHARP, UNAPOLOGETIC CONDEMNATION OF BARACK OBAMA URGING AMERICANS TO RISE UP AND CRUSH THE DEMOCRATIC PARTY AT THE POLLS IN NOVEMBER OR REAP DIRE CONSEQUENCES.

To: All fearless, freedom-loving Americans:
Whereas, Ted Nugent has called on Americans to "ride into the battlefield" and defeat Barack Obama and Democratic congressional candidates in November to save the nation from the path of destruction they have laid;
Whereas, he has declared Obama a criminal and deplored his "vile, evil, America-hating administration" for its abuse of the Constitution;
Whereas, the Romney campaign has distanced itself from Nugent for his passionate defense of America while so few leaders are willing to speak out boldly;
Whereas, Nugent faces an investigation by the Secret Service for allegedly threatening the commander in chief even though he was only using metaphors to accentuate his irrefutable message: America is in deep trouble, and its citizens must act;
Whereas, he, nevertheless, has stood by his remarks and further condemned "power-abusing, corrupt monsters in our federal governmentthat despise" him because he has the "audacity to speak the truth";
Whereas, Nugent has brought attention to the gravity of this moment in American history by provocatively stating that if Obama remains in the White House he "will either be dead or in jail by this time next year";
Whereas, he has warned that America, already drowning in stifling regulation, unimaginable debt and diminishing liberties, "will become a suburb of Indonesia" if Obama is re-elected;
Whereas, he has denounced the Supreme Court justices who oppose a citizen's "right to keep and bear arms" and Obama's intent to replace them with jurists who believe the U.S. Constitution is a "living document" they can manipulate for their own political ends:
