KANSAS DEFIES NEW FEDERAL GUN LAWS - HOLDER THREATENS - STATE RESPONDS

Kansas will inspire other states to take the same Second Amendment protective action, and Holder knows it.  That's why needs to nip this in the bud (so to speak).

Kansas should be heralded by citizens from all states and all citizens should contact their state legislatures and ask them to follow Kansas' lead.

Kansas signed the Second Amendment Protection Act (SB 102) into law last month which protects gun owners from from new federal gun control laws.  The bill actually makes it illegal to enforce those laws within the state of Kansas.

Threatening Kansas last week, Eric Holder said the new state law is unconstitutional.

The Kansas Secretary of State, Kris Kobach, in response fired back.  In effect he said, “You’re wrong. You don’t understand the Constitution. Bring it on.”

Below is correspondence to Holder from the Kansas Secretary of State, Kris Kobach.
