Obama’s Executive Order 13575 Rural Council – Agenda 21

This is more intrusive,  socialist, big-government-machine, liberty-robbing-Obama executive orders that violates the constitution.
The legislative branch is supposed to write laws, not the executive branch!  The president is not a king who can unilaterally decree to the kingdom the way things are going to be.

We can't let this president get away with this crap.

S.1867 - Senate Moves To Allow Military To Intern Americans Without Trial

The following is from conservativebyte.com- This information is too important not to re-post:

The Senate is set to vote on a bill today that would define the whole of the United States as a “battlefield” and allow the U.S. Military to arrest American citizens in their own back yard without charge or trial.

“The Senate is going to vote on whether Congress will give this president—and every future president — the power to order the military to pick up and imprison without charge or trial civilians anywhere in the world. The power is so broad that even U.S. citizens could be swept up by the military and the military could be used far from any battlefield, even within the United States itself,” writes Chris Anders of the ACLU Washington Legislative Office.

Under the ‘worldwide indefinite detention without charge or trial’ provision of S.1867, the National Defense Authorization Act bill, which is set to be up for a vote on the Senate floor this week, the legislation will “basically say in law for the first time that the homeland is part of the battlefield,”

Conservablogger's Remarks:

Leave it to Senate Democrats to push a bill that absolutely violates the constitution.  We are protected from illegal searches and seizures... so what they did was legalize all seizures.  This type law would allow the government to 'make examples' out of people who don't conform with the establishment.

That is, anyone who stands for individual liberty, limited government, personal responsibility could be prevented from holding rally's in defiance of the current political whim.

This is blatant overreaching that we must stand against.

The Only Constructive Outlet for Legitimate Frustration - The Tea Party!

Message from the TeaParty.net.  Today's e-mail:

"Dear Patriot,

As the ‘Occupy’ protests become increasingly violent and unpopular, there is an opportunity to show regular Americans that there is a constructive outlet for their legitimate frustration with government: the Tea Party movement! The liberal left has married ‘Occupy’ as their politicians sing its praises and its pundits cheer on its lawlessness. If presented with the facts, there is no doubt that the good people of America will reject the disgusting behavior of ‘Occupy’ and join our peaceful movement determined to promote limited government, personal responsibility, and free markets!

This week we are putting an important video back in front of a national audience with a five-figure media buy!

Please take a moment to view the video today!

Contractors Claim Administration Pressed to ‘Soften’ Job-Loss Estimates From Mining Rule

The following story is from www.cowboybytes.com   I recommend checking out this site.

The Obama administration pressured analysts to change an environmental review to reflect fewer job losses from a proposed regulation, the contractors who worked on the review testified Friday.

The dispute revolves around proposed changes to a rule regulating coal mining near streams and other waterways. The experts contracted to analyze the impact of the rule initially found that it would cost 7,000 coal jobs.

But the contractors claim they were subsequently pressured to not only keep the findings under wraps but “revisit” the study in order to show less of an impact on jobs.

Citizen Debt Commission Squelched by Democrats

I don't know about you, but I know horse dung when I smell it.  And, the Democrat horse dung as described below is particularly stinky.  Our Government has run wild and has stopped representing in the best interest of the our Republic.

I'm convinced they want to see America fail, and one way they are perpetuating this idea is by squelching the voices of responsible reason.

Here's the news report as picked up in my e-mail this morning.

"Washington Can't Ignore the Tea Party

Dear Daniel,

As you know, the Senate has failed to pass a budget resolution for three years running. Now they won't even let the American people do the job for them.

This afternoon, 200 FreedomWorks members and representatives from tea party groups across the country met in the Russell Senate Office building to formally present our plan to balance the federal budget and cut $9.7 trillion in spending over the next 10 years. Unfortunately, it seems like the only thing Washington wants to hear is excuses.

The Democrats who run the Senate Rules Committee were so afraid of the tea party plan to balance the federal budget that they ordered committee staff to remove the microphones we had set up for the event while Capitol Police blocked the doors of our hearing room, which had been reserved by Sen. Mike Lee (R-Utah) specifically for this event more than two weeks ago. At the same time, a "suspicious package" was reported in the room next door and all visitors and staff were barred from the area.

CLICK HERE TO SEE A VIDEO OF WHAT HAPPENED.

Although Senator Lee courageously stood up for us, he ultimately determined that the hearing should proceed without further interruption or harassment. For that reason we moved to another location off the Capitol grounds where our commission of 12 volunteer tea party activists presented their recommendations to a fired-up crowd.

Senator Lee was also joined there by Sen. Rand Paul (R-KY), Reps. Joe Walsh (R-IL), Steve King (R-IA), Mike Pence (R-IN), Mick Mulvaney (R-SC) and Paul Broun (R-GA). Rep. Broun received a standing ovation when he offered to help draft and sponsor legislation that could eventually allow our recommended cuts to become law.

Unfortunately, the unexpected location change disrupted live coverage of our hearing on CSPAN, but please click to watch the video, which provides highlights from this afternoon's events.

Congress Must Stand Up To Obama - Sign the Petition‏

Do you believe our President is abusing His executive power when he bypasses congress with his 'royal decrees'?

If so, read about the petition you can sign telling your representatives in the Senate and Congress to stand against this behavior.

The following was in y in-box this morning:

"Dear Patriot,

What is happening to our great nation? This President has been an abysmal failure and after the American people rose up and changed the makeup of Congress in response in the midterm elections of 2010, he has the audacity to publically brag that he “can’t wait” for Congress. He has decided that he will abuse the executive order process to circumvent the Congress that we FOUGHT SO HARD TO ELECT in 2010. This law by royal decree is exactly the kind of outrage this Country was founded in response to!

Congress MUST STAND UP to this abuse of power, and we know that if they don’t hear from us they will continue to cower to the would-be dictator. Please take a few moments and send your letters to your Congressman and Senators demanding that they stand up to an abusive executive by CLICKING HERE. *You are NOT REQUIRED to make a contribution in order to participate, but your generous contributions allow us to continue to offer this service and many others free-of-charge.

Thank you,

Todd Cefaratti
Freedom Organizer"

P.S. Our strength is in numbers. Please help our efforts by forwarding to a friend.

CLICK HERE TO READ AND SIGN THE PETITION.  WITH ONE CLICK, ALL YOUR REPRESENTATIVES WILL GET YOUR LETTER.

RAND PAUL: Sign the National Right to Work Petition

Thumbs up to this petition
In my inbox this evening was this signature request.  I think this is a fine idea and should get a vote in congress.  That's why I have signed this petition.
Dear Concerned American,

They snickered when I said I came to the U.S. Senate to change Congress.

But their laughter stopped when I sponsored the National Right to Work Act to free U.S. workers from forced unionization and break Big Labor's multi-billion dollar political machine forever.

President Barack Obama and Big Labor allies in the Senate are now feverishly scheming to bury the National Right to Work Act without a vote.

So I have a question for you.

Will you be the sledgehammer?

Your signature on the petition to your Congressman and Senators is what is needed to bust through the opposition and force a vote on the National Right to Work Act.

This is an opportunity you and I cannot afford to miss.

As you know, the right to decide freely whether or not to join a union was taken away from American workers by Congress almost 75 years ago.

A result of back-room deals between union bosses and their tax-and-spend Congressional puppets, compulsory unionism provisions in federal law currently empower union officials to:
>>>Force nearly 11 million Americans to pay tribute to a union boss to get or keep a job ...

>>>Brazenly loot union treasuries to fund the election of their hand-picked political puppet candidates like Barack Obama, Nancy Pelosi and Harry Reid ...

>>>Terrorize workers and communities with violent strikes -- where they get away with beatings, arson -- even murder.

The National Right to Work Act strikes at the foundations of the union bosses' power.

And here's the thing -- the National Right to Work Act is wildly popular with American voters.

In fact, for years polls have shown nearly 80% of Americans think it should be against the law to force workers to pay money to union bosses just to get or keep a job.

All you and I have to do is force an up-or-down roll call vote on the National Right to Work Act ... And the American people will do the rest.

Many Democrats and more than a few Republicans elected with Big Labor's over $1 billion in forced-dues political cash cower in fear of casting a vote against the National Right to Work Act.

What will they do when forced to vote?

It's a win-win situation -- either they pass the National Right to Work Act and free American workers or they pay in 2012.

It will be a marathon battle.

But I will not flinch in the face of opposition and insider attacks.

I believe, with your help, this is a fight we will win.

National Right to Work Act Petition to:
My U.S. Senators and Congressman
Whereas:   Federal law permits Big Labor to confiscate $8 billion from American workers’ paychecks every year just to get or keep a job;
Whereas:   This forced unionism breeds violent strikes and a hate-the-boss mentality which drive good jobs overseas, jack up prices and risk re-igniting inflation:
Whereas:   Union bosses use this forced-dues fortune to corrupt our political system with over a billion dollars every election cycle;
Whereas:   Union-puppet politicians routinely vote for higher taxes, bailouts, job-killing bureaucracy and even more porkbarrel spending keeping our nation locked in recession;
Therefore: I urge you in the strongest possible terms to strike a blow for freedom and American prosperity by co-sponsoring and casting your every vote in favor the National Right to Work Act.

Voting without photo ID pushed for all 50 states

Thumbs Down to hr 3316 & 3317
A Minnesota congressman has proposed federal legislation that would impose his state’s type of voter registration – which leads the nation in voter fraud cases – on the other 49 states, according to critics who have launched online campaigns to make people aware of the dangers of Rep. Keith Ellison’s H.R. 3316 and its companion H.R. 3317.... MORE...

Conservablogger Comment:

This is pure shenanigans by the Democratic party who knows, yes knows, it can't win the next elections running on their record.

They have to stack the deck in their favor.  Do I think they will resort to vote stealing, and other voter fraud?  Yes, I certainly do.

This administration has already been involved in some very shady deals.  They've been involved in fast and furious  which would, by design, undermine the 2nd amendment.  They've got sylndra (sp?) the failed solar panel company they loaned over  half a billion dollars to.  They've failed to prosecute voter intimidation charges, they've put a moratorium on off shore drilling, then loaned 2 Billion to Brazil to drill off shore.  This administration has failed to  secure the borders, then filed law suits against states trying to protect their citizens.  This administration has also stood in the way of the free market working out the kinks to fixing itself.

For political points, or so the system will fail, this administration is backing the revolutionaries who are engaged in the occupy movements.  Can you tell I don't like this administration?

The radical left in the white house wants to retain power, so they do what ever it takes to that end.  They know we are onto them and their bull crap, and they are scared to death.  They should be.

Call and write your congressman and senators.  Let them know you DO NOT  support the house bill that would remove the photo ID requirement to vote.

Cain: Perry Camp Responsible for Sabotage

Cain remarks during a tele-town hall that the  Perry Campaign is responsible for attempting to sabotage his recent success.

Conservablogger Remark:  I don't doubt that the establishment Republican Party is responsible for this 20 year old dirt being flung all over the politicall landscape.  It has been clear all along that the chosen candidates for the  (R) party are either Perry, or Romney:  2 Rinos if I ever saw one.

You got Perry giving illegal aliens tuition breaks, and you got Romney backing an Obama-esque style healthcare system as governor of MA.

So, someone who is clearly from outside the established Republican party, Herman Cain, comes along and finds favor with the electorate; they have to respond.

My message to Herman Cain is, "hang in there!"  I'm not buying the bull crap they're selling, and most Americans ain't either.
