Sen. Ted Cruz Grills Eric Holder on Constitutionality of Drone Kill

Holder thought he was going to get a pass using 'lawyer speak', but Ted Cruz didn't let him get away with it.

It's about time someone in the Senate speaks for the Constitution, a living document!

I love how Holder says, "...I don't think"  and, "...appropriate".
