Watch: Marco Rubio's Rebuttal to State of the Union Speech

The left is characterizing this rebuttal as elementary.  I'd like to think it speaks common-sense-truth to the people.  Time will tell.

At one point during the rebuttal,  Rubio stoop over to his left for a glass of water.  Yes it was out of place, but I think he's earned the right to get a drink of water when he feels it necessary.  He is grown after all.
